Ehhh... みみをすませば is protected, run game, then "arc_conv.exe --mod warcscan warckey.txt", as said on hongfire post, or upload executable+*_s.war somewhere.

みみをすませば可以用arc_conv提取
如8L(arc_conv的作者?) 所说
先运行游戏
然后用"arc_conv.exe --mod warcscan warckey.txt"提取key
再用"arc_conv.exe -o dir --dest <输出路径> --warc <key> <war文件>"提取文件
提取出来的tga可用XnView等软件看

残暑お見舞い申し上げます。也可以用arc_conv提取
但提取出来的图片有问题
图下方完全透明

RioShiina v2.41? Maybe images from this version are little different, add "-с 0" switch to arc_conv command line to stop S25 > TGA conversion, then try to open S25 images with CRASS, also upload few files for me, I try to find problem.
